Women's Ministry

The women's ministry creates spaces for this unique cross section of our parish to connect, strengthen each other, and deepen our capacity to become Christ's agents of change in the world. Our mixture of lighthearted social gatherings, heavy-hitting Bible studies, and intentional retreat spaces fosters a multi-generational community of wise, loving, and courageous women.

Women's Happy Hour

This monthly drop-in at various establishments in the area creates a refreshing space to connect with other women in the parish and their guests.

A perfect way to get to know other women in the parish or to resurface after a long day in the office or at home, taking the time to share nibbles and drings with each other inevitably has the side-effect of lifting our spirits and reminding us that we are part of something bigger.  Look for a clergy collar and some warm-hearted friends at a bar near you!

Women's Bible Study

What is the backstory on the “suffering servant” portrayed in Handel’s Messiah? How do we hold together God’s compassionate call to justice with God’s judgement of those who oppress others? Part lovers’ quarrel and part socio-political commentary, the book of the prophet Isaiah invites us into the complex, yet magnificent story of God and his people – past, present, and future.

This fall, join Mother Tiffany Clark and a diverse group of engaging women for interactive discussion, in-depth examination, and personal application of sacred scripture. The group meets from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the Memorial Room (Linthicum Hall / Third Floor). A Zoom option is available. Feel free to bring snacks, a friend, or both.
