Sexton (full-time) Tyrone A. Moore

Tyrone Moore is a Washington, D.C., native.  He attended Wilson High School in the District prior to serving in the United States Army.  Following that service, he worked for the Adas Israel Congregation in Washington before joining the staff at Christ Church in 2000.  Tyrone=s principal area of responsibility is maintenance at the church building.  He also manages the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Outside of his work, Tyrone has a long-term association as Athletic Director with the Metropolitan Cobra Youth Club where he also coaches football and basketball.  Club members are  middle school students drawn from the entire metropolitan area.  Tyrone has four children, one girl and three boys.
